ORDERS & SHIPPING
You can select the delivery date on the checkout page. Please note orders for Monday could arrive 1-2 days earlier. Orders are sent via DPD courier to England, Scotland & Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands).
Some dates are blocked out as we have reached maximum capacity for this day. Please note we do not ship on the weekends.
Yes! You can add a personalised note on the checkout page free of charge.
We deliver to England, Scotland & Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) sent via DPD courier - the cost is £3.98 (includes cover of loss).

Please note we only accept order changes sent in two working days before your chosen delivery date.
Orders placed for Tuesday to Friday are sent with next-day delivery. Please allow till 2pm the day before delivery for your shipment email to arrive.
Orders placed for Monday are dispatched on Friday (this will not affect the freshness of your product). Please allow till 2pm on the previous Friday for your shipment email to arrive.

To track your parcel, you will receive emails from both Browniegod and DPD containing a tracking link. You will also receive a text from DPD on the day of delivery including your delivery time slot.
We advise selecting a day you will be present for delivery however, if this is not possible, you are able to select alternate delivery instructions via your DPD tracking. Please note we do not accept responsibility for redirected/ modified deliveries.
No it does not - all information relating to the order is sent over email.

All complaints are investigated and you may be asked to ship back the product to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to manager review. If you cannot provide proof of fault we will have to dismiss your claim.
Our serving suggestions are 1-2 pieces per person.
Brownie boxes are available in 4 sizes: box of 12 and 15 individual pieces or, 20 and 30 piece slabs.
Each brownie measures approximately 3.5cm (w) x 4.5cm (l)
Our brownies have a shelf-life of up to 1 week at room temperature. For maximum freshness, we recommend not opening your package until you plan to eat the brownies and preserve them at room temperature for best results.
You may refrigerate them to keep up to 2 weeks or freeze them well wrapped for up to 1 month of deliciousness. We recommend leaving the brownies at room temperature for 3 hours before serving.
This varies per product but generally the following applies:
Box of 12: 4 letters per 3 rows
Box of 15: 5 letters per 3 rows
20 piece slab: 7 letters per 3 rows
30 piece slab: 8 letters per 4 rows
Please note that all our products are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are used. For this reason we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens. Our brownies may contain milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten) and, nuts. We have gluten-free options available.

Most of our custom products have gluten-free options available.
Our pink and red sprinkles contain E120, making them unsuitable for a halal diet. If you follow a halal diet, we recommend choosing our alternative colour options when customising your brownies. For our S’mores brownies, the marshmallow is made using HMC certified halal beef gelatine.
The majority of our brownies are! Check the allergens section of the brownie page to see if so.
Our brownies are currently not kosher.
We temporarily removed this product as we are sourcing a new vegan chocolate supplier.
For the moment we are not running any promotions.
We offer a full refund if you cancel two working days before your chosen delivery date. For example, if your order is due on Thursday, the latest you can cancel is by end of day Monday. Saturday and Sunday we are closed so they do not count as working days.

Before the order is shipped, we send an order confirmation containing the address and then send another email to double-check the address and delivery date. If you realise the address is still incorrect after the delivery is complete, we are not responsible for the address provided. As a goodwill gesture, we are happy to make a second brownie for free but ask that you pay the cost of shipping (£7).
