August's Flavours are:
- 🥥 Lamington: silky white chocolate cream and raspberry coulis piped into our fudgy brownie base, topped with a layer of pillowy vanilla marshmallow and sprinkles of coconut
- 🌰 Ferrero Rocher: our signature brownie with studded with chunks of hazelnut chocolate, with a piping of hazelnut cream and chocolate ganache, finished with a crunchy scatter of crushed hazelnuts
- 🥕 Carrot Cake: a classic carrot cake base with white chocolate chips, swirled with a dreamy vanilla mascarpone and cream cheese filling

Finished with Belgian milk chocolate and handmade white chocolate letters, naturally off-white with no added colouring.
Each brownie measures 4.5 × 4.5 cm and slabs contain 16 uncut pieces measuring 17 × 17 cm.

Our brownies are freshly made on the day of dispatch to ensure they arrive rich and gooey. They stay fresh for up to 1 week at room temperature—just keep them in an airtight container until you’re ready to enjoy them.
